Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use AI Blueprint. By using the app, signing in or paying, you agree to them. Our Privacy policy and Disclaimer form part of these terms.

1. Who we are

AI Blueprint (“we”, “us”) is run by Your full name, an individual based in City, State, India, at yourdomain.in. Contact details are in section 15.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. You use the service for your own learning and career preparation — not on behalf of a company, and not to resell it.

3. Your account

• You can start without an account. You sign in — with Google, LinkedIn or a code sent to your email — to read full courses or to buy a blueprint.
• One account per person. Keep your email and sign-in methods secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Sign-in methods that share your email address open the same account.

4. What you get

AI project blueprint (paid)

• One purchase gives you one blueprint. After you pay, you choose one of three project ideas and we generate its full design, study plan and practice material. A different idea is a separate purchase.
• The blueprint is generated from what you told us, so no two are the same.
• You have lifetime access to it inside the app for as long as we operate the service. There is no download or file copy.
• Where the app offers “Request a change”, changes are limited to what that feature allows.

Courses (free today)

AI question courses are currently free. Without an account you can read the first two questions of each course; with an account, all of them. If we add paid courses later, they will be clearly priced, and a course you already use for free will not become paid without notice.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and shown before you pay. State whether GST is included — confirm with your CA.
• Launch offer prices end on the date shown in the app. The countdown is real and does not reset.
• Payment is handled by Cashfree Payments. We never see your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
• You pay the price shown at checkout. A later price change does not affect a purchase already made.

6. Refunds

Your blueprint starts generating as soon as you pay, and at checkout you confirm that the purchase is final and non-refundable, with one exception:

Deleting your account does not give you a refund.

7. What you give us

• What you type stays yours. You allow us to store and process it — including sending it to our AI provider — only to run the service for you, as the Privacy policy describes. We do not use it to train AI models.
• You confirm you have the right to share what you type, and that it contains no confidential information of your employer or anyone else, no customer or personal data of other people, and no passwords or keys. Describe your work in general terms.

8. Using our content

• Your blueprint is for you. Use it to learn, to build your own project, and to talk about that project at work or in interviews. Code you write while following it is yours.
• The app, the course questions and answers, and the blueprints as presented belong to us. Do not copy, publish, sell or share them, share your login, or extract them in bulk — by scraping, automated tools or mass screenshots.
• Quoting a small part to discuss or review it, with credit, is fine.

9. Fair and lawful use

You agree not to:

• break the law, harass anyone, or create unlawful content;
• get around usage limits, access other people’s accounts or data, or probe or attack our systems without written permission;
• try to make the AI ignore its instructions or reveal how it is built;
• use bots or scripts to use the service, or overload it;
• present the blueprint, or experience you do not have, dishonestly to an employer (see Disclaimer section 3).

The conversation and AI features have reasonable usage limits to keep costs fair. If you reach one, the app tells you.

10. AI-generated content

Blueprints and much of the practice material are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. Check anything important before you rely on it. We do not guarantee interviews, jobs or any other result. The Disclaimer explains this in full.

11. Closing accounts

• You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account.
• We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms — for example by sharing paid content or attacking the service. Where we can, we warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.

12. Liability

To the extent Indian law allows, the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as a missed job, lost income or lost opportunity — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

13. Changes to the service and these terms

We improve the service over time and may change features, but we will not remove access to a blueprint you have paid for while we operate the service. If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will update the date above and tell you in the app or by email before the change applies. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most problems are quickest to fix that way. Courts at City, State have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission or the National Consumer Helpline (1915, consumerhelpline.gov.in).

15. Contact and grievance officer

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
